Subscription, Free Trial & Auto-Renewal Terms

The Royal Club is a recurring paid subscription offered through Raising Royals, a brand of FFriendzz Network Inc. Royal Club membership is billed at $9.99 per month or $99 per year, and includes downloadable printables, early curriculum drops, exclusive community access, a downloadable "Little Royal" certificate per completed category, priority support, and first access to new products before public release. Royal Club membership is offered at full price only; Raising Royals does not offer discounts or promotional pricing on Royal Club membership.

From time to time, Raising Royals may offer a free trial of Royal Club membership, including a $0 trial period during which your payment method is saved but not charged. Where a free trial is offered, the following terms apply:

— The length of the free trial and the exact date it converts to a paid subscription will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed before you are asked to enter your payment method.

— The exact price that will be charged when the trial ends ($9.99/month or $99/year, depending on the plan selected) will be clearly disclosed on the same screen, in text no smaller or less visible than the surrounding trial offer.

— At the end of the free trial, your saved payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

— You will not be required to re-enter your payment details or take any further action for the trial to convert to a paid subscription; conversely, if you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial end date.

Where a free trial or promotional period lasts 15 days or longer, Raising Royals will send a reminder notice to your email on file at least 3 days before the trial converts to a paid subscription. Where a free trial or promotional period lasts 32 days or longer, the reminder will instead be sent between 3 and 21 days before conversion, consistent with state Automatic Renewal Laws such as those in California and New York. Raising Royals also sends a renewal reminder in advance of each annual renewal for yearly Royal Club plans. Raising Royals retains delivery records of these notifications.

Before starting a free trial or paid Royal Club subscription, you must affirmatively check an unchecked, clearly labeled checkbox confirming your agreement. The checkbox is placed directly next to the "Start Free Trial" or "Subscribe" button and states, in substance: "I agree to the Terms of Service and authorize Raising Royals to automatically charge my payment method the applicable Royal Club subscription price after any free trial ends, or on each renewal date, unless I cancel first." Raising Royals does not use pre-checked boxes or bundle this consent with unrelated agreements.

Royal Club subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) at the then-current Royal Club price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Raising Royals will provide advance notice before any change to the Royal Club subscription price takes effect for existing members.

You may cancel your Royal Club subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@ffriendzz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to Royal Club benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Royal Club subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Free trial periods are not charged, so no refund applies to a trial that is cancelled before conversion.

By starting a free trial or a paid Royal Club subscription, you authorize Raising Royals to store your payment method and to charge it in accordance with this Policy, including at the end of a free trial and on each renewal date, without further notice beyond the reminders described in Section 3.

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the FFriendzz Network Inc. Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the general Terms of Service on billing matters, this Policy governs.
