Compliance Policy

Last updated October 2026

This Compliance Policy sets out the standards FFriendzz Network Inc. ("Company") applies across the Raising Royals brand, including www.raisingroyalskids.com (the "Site"), its associated social media channels, and any merchandise sold in connection with the brand. It should be read alongside our published Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Advertising Disclosure Guidelines, DMCA/Copyright Policy, Shipping and Returns Policy, and Accessibility Statement.

1. Purpose and Scope

Raising Royals is directed to young children, ages 2 to 4, and is distributed through the Company's own website as well as third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Because the brand is child-directed and increasingly involved in e-commerce, it is subject to a heightened set of legal obligations that apply to every team and individual who produces content, manages the Site, handles user or customer data, or sells merchandise under the Raising Royals name.

2. Children's Privacy Compliance

The Company complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), including its 2025 amendments, and with equivalent international frameworks where applicable, such as the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, the EU General Data Protection Regulation's provisions on children's data, and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. In practice, this means the Company does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent; limits data collection to what is reasonably necessary; does not use children's data for behavioral advertising, profiling, or resale; discloses the categories of third parties that receive personal information and the purpose of each disclosure; and honors parental requests to review, correct, or delete information without undue delay.

3. Advertising and Marketing Compliance

The Company adheres to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising and endorsement rules and to the guidance of the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU) for any advertising or promotional content directed at children. Program content is kept clearly separated from advertising and merchandise promotion. Purchase-related and subscription-related calls to action are directed at parents and guardians, not voiced as direct appeals to a child. All Raising Royals content on YouTube is designated as Made for Kids.

4. Data Security and Website Governance

The Company maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it handles, and restricts cookies, analytics, and advertising technology on child-directed pages to non-personalized, non-behavioral configurations, as set out in the Cookie Policy. The Site's policies must remain published, current, and consistent with the Site's actual technical configuration at all times.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

The Company treats the Raising Royals name, the tagline "Big Words for Little Empires," the character designs of Prince Percy and Princess Penny, the A-Z curriculum, and all original scripts, jingles, and animation as core brand assets, protected through trademark and copyright registration and written work-for-hire or assignment agreements with contractors.

6. Merchandise and Product Safety Compliance

Any physical merchandise sold under the Raising Royals brand, including flashcard decks, plush toys, and books, complies with applicable product safety law in every market where it is sold, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act and equivalent toy-safety regimes such as CE marking in the European Union and UKCA marking in the United Kingdom.

7. Accessibility

The Company aims for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, Level AA, re-verified whenever the Site undergoes significant design or feature changes.

8. Corporate Governance

The Company maintains accurate records of its state or country of incorporation, and of any additional business registration required in jurisdictions where it operates, including Nigeria, along with insurance coverage appropriate to its activities.

9. Oversight and Review

This Policy is reviewed periodically and whenever a material change occurs, including new merchandise lines, new international markets, new data collection features, or changes in applicable law.
